Privacy notice
Updated 25 October 2026 · Operated by J Daw Media. Contact: info@jdawmedia.com.
What this service does
This is a private dashboard for the @jdawmedia TikTok account. Account information is requested only after TikTok authorisation. During setup, no TikTok connection is active.
Information used
If connected, the dashboard requests the authorised account’s TikTok identifier, username, display name, avatar, follower/following/like/video counts, and the latest 20 public videos with their titles, dates, covers and view, like, comment and share counts. It does not request private messages, contacts, drafts, or permission to publish.
Purpose and storage
Information is used to display the account and its public videos and to help the account owner assess content performance. Access tokens are held temporarily in server memory, not sent to browser scripts or written into this app’s database. A sign-in session lasts at most one hour and may end earlier when the service restarts. Refresh tokens are not retained by this version.
Cookies and providers
Essential, secure HTTP-only cookies hold a random sign-in state or session identifier. There are no advertising or optional analytics cookies in this app. Google Cloud hosts the service and may process technical request logs such as IP addresses and request metadata for operation and security. TikTok processes login and API requests under its own policies. Video covers may be loaded from TikTok’s image infrastructure. Data is not sold or used for targeted advertising.
Disconnecting and requests
The Disconnect TikTok button revokes the current TikTok authorisation and removes this app’s current server session. Authorisation can also be revoked in TikTok’s app permissions. Signing out does not remove your public TikTok posts or third-party infrastructure logs. For access, correction or deletion questions, contact the address above. Where applicable, you may raise a privacy concern with your data-protection authority.
Changes
This notice will be updated before materially changing the information collected, storage or purpose. TikTok access remains subject to approval and your authorisation.
